Wellness Disclaimer

Spirit Path Equine Healing provides holistic wellness experiences intended to support emotional well-being, mindfulness, personal growth, and self-connection.

Services including equine experiences, mindfulness practices, yoga, sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, or other offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

These services are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or professional healthcare advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical or mental health concerns.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in activities involving horses, outdoor environments, and wellness practices carries inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

Interaction with horses and animals
Outdoor terrain and environmental conditions
Physical movement and wellness activities
Emotional experiences that may arise during sessions

You understand that horses are living animals whose behavior can be unpredictable despite all safety precautions.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirit Path Equine Healing, its owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, emotional distress, accidents, or claims arising from participation in any services or use of this website.

Clients may be asked to complete separate waivers prior to participation.

Booking & Payment Policies

Payment policies for experiences and sessions may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Spirit Path Equine Healing reserves the right to refuse service or cancel sessions when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, horse welfare, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

At Spirit Path Equine Healing, each session is intentionally prepared to create a peaceful, supportive, and personalized experience for every client. Because time is reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in a forfeited deposit or session fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can happen, and I will always do my best to approach those circumstances with compassion and understanding.

If weather, horse wellness, or unsafe conditions require a session to be postponed, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Thank you for honoring both the space being held for you and the wellbeing of the horses involved in this work.

Children & Minors

Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required forms and provide consent before participation.

Children may not be left unattended on the property.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, logos, branding, offerings, and materials—is the property of Spirit Path Equine Healing and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Privacy

Governing Law
